How to Get a Library Card

Visit the Library at 709 E. Houston and bring photo identification (drivers license, state ID, military ID) with proof of a local address (utility bill, lease agreement).

Children under the age of 18 will be added to a parent or guardian’s account to obtain a card.

You will need to fill out a registration form at the Circulation Desk and then will receive your card.

Lost cards can be replaced at the Circulation Desk with no additional charges.  If a patron wants to upgrade with one of our new cards, there is a charge of $3.00.

Houston County Residents
