Responsibilities
Lee Standley is the City of Crockett’s Fire Marshal, Code Enforcement Officer and Building Official.
As the Building Official, Lee is responsible for enforcement of the city’s building, electrical, plumbing, and related regulations, and for providing related consultative services and technical assistance to city officials, contractors, and the public. Work involves meeting with contractors and other stakeholders in the office and at jobsites regarding commercial and residential new construction or remodeling projects to answer questions, issue applicable permits and perform inspections of building constructions, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural work.
