Bill was elected to City Council on May 15, 2004. He is a lifelong Crockett resident. Bill brings a wealth of Municipal Government experience to City Council, having previously served as a City Councilman, as well as Mayor. He has served on numerous boards and committees, and most recently as a member of the Board of Directors of the Crockett Economic and Industrial Development Corporation.
